- Absent members: Jolie Coulter, Lynn Potter
- Discussed deadline to upload evidence and that the whole program review has to be assessed by administrators and submitted by May 1, 2015.
- · Secretary (Kelsey Mattingly) sent Jeremy Hill a list of items needed that couldn’t be found or are directly related to administrative department
- · Discussion took place on the amount of evidence needed for program review.
- · There was discussion concerning if the evidence we were providing was put with evidence from last year or if it was to stand alone.
- · There was discussion about program review and cross collaboration and how cross collaboration was a great way of providing evidence for the program review in numerous areas.
- · As a committee we decided that in the next month we were going to upload all evidence and do a self-assessment the next PLC meeting.
- · The secretary (Kelsey Mattingly) went through the one drive account and demonstrated how evidence could be organized, how to upload, and how third grade has evidence for almost every demonstrator.
