Program Review Committee Meeting Notes:
* Kelsey Mattingly refreshed everyone how to link the pictures and upload to each demonstrator.
*We must have 2 items uploaded for each demonstrator by Spring Break
* Need more evidence for writing
* Committee members will send reminders to their team members to send/upload evidence
* Kelsey talked to committee about student treasures.com....publish kids work in a hard bound book.
* Mr. Hill suggests we come up with ways to communicate Writing Program/Curriculum with parents (ex. Lucy Calkins letter, live scoring, Lexia letter, student presentations, etc)
* Before next meeting, upload a piece of evidence for each characteristic. If we see a deficit, start filling in the areas that need attention.

Committee Meetings
After talking with Jeremy, committee meetings will occur on the second Wednesday of each month. So our next meeting will be October 14th. This is the Wednesday we come back from fall break. He also indicated that as the year progresses, we may need to meet twice a month or possibly more towards the end of the year. I will keep you updated and provide at least a three day notice if possible for a meeting. Also remember to have 10 items uploaded before the next meeting, October 14th.
